Our Training and Placement Cell
The placement cell plays a crucial role in connecting students; academic journey with their
goal of becoming financially self-sufficient. Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Foundations College of
Pharmacy strives to facilitate meaningful and top-notch placements by nurturing skilled and
capable pharmacy professionals. We make active efforts to establish connections with
pharmaceutical industries and promote the recruitment of our students by companies. Special
pre-placement sessions are organized to provide students with grooming, soft skill
development, and communication training, enhancing their abilities and streamlining the
recruitment process.
Our Placement Policy
The placement team aims to help all truly interested and qualified students start their careers
with reputable organizations. The regular conduct of on- and off-campus recruitments is
based on the nature and requirements posted by various companies and the availability of
vacancies. The one offer letter per student policy is strictly enforced, which means that once a
student is chosen by a company, they cannot accept any more offers. Pre-placement sessions
and knowledge sharing sessions are conducted by the college to enhance the students;
preparedness.
Our Placement Committee
At Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Foundations College of Pharmacy, Prof. A.R. Thange is responsible
for coordinating the placement activity as In-charge Placement Cell.
The placement team has a strong representation of faculty members and students, resulting in
appropriate training and placement-related activities. The placement crew endeavours to offer
all vital help to college students for his or her in-plant training, projects, and enterprise
interactions main to very last placement.
